[MC-65463] Off centered GUI

Clicking a link in chat opens the "Are you sure?" prompt, but the buttons aren't centered on my screen. Fullscreen vs. Windowed doesn't change it. Resolution is 1920 x 1080, GUI Scale is normal.

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) here.
