You put the 3 wither skeleton skull in top of the soul sand to create de wither (in the correct way) here is a picture of the problem.

Shouldn't it be "working as intended"? Because it works like it should if he was playing on peaceful.
Don't use Future Versions as affected versions since you have no idea if this will be an issue in the next release...
