[MC-65524] Unable to pick block on armor stand

When i pick block on an armor stand, I don't get the block. This is the case both on empty as on armor stand with armor on it.

How to reproduce:
1. Place down an armor stand.
2. Pick block on the armor stand.
3. You don't get the block.

Isn't it working as intended? It's an entity

It works for Item Frames and Paintings, even though they are entities.

I would like to add my comment and vote for this issue. It can be removed in creative. it drops like an anvil if you knock the block out below it.

@Michael Salim you can even pick a block mobs, minecarts, boats and other things like that!
