If you put three or more minecarts on the redstone block of the attached image, on pressing the wooden button all three get launched with constant speed even without tracks

You are right, it's a dupplicate of that other bug.
I searched before posting, but i didnt include the word 'Momentum' or 'rails' so that result didn't showed up to me.
