To Test:
1. Create Farmland and plant several varieties of crops
2. Spawn some Villagers
3. Watch as nothing happens 😞

I opened it up in NBTexplorer and under these villagers' inventories there are 0 entries not sure if this is the same as MC-48735 or not.
