Invisible Chests/Mobs

On the screen-shot attachment, you can see an Invisible chest (Only it's outline), this Bug also happens to mobs, I don't know why, or when...

As far as I know, I am the ONLY one who gets this, and some other glitches..
Do to this, I practically can't play on 1.8...

As new snapshots approach.. Minecraft begins to be an UN-playable game for me...

In the last bug that I had reported, It was said that It is a technical issue, because my drivers are out-dated.. I tried updating, but my graphics adapter does not allow it...

I strongly disagree with this, because my drivers handled 1.7 and lower versions perfectly, however with 1.8 It's basically unplayable on my computer, I do not understand how this could be my drivers fault, If this ONLY happens to me on 1.8, also I have seen a lot of mods do the same thing as the new features, and no it is not the new chunk loading system, since I've been getting these bugs, since the very first 1.8 snapshot..

Please help and fix these issues, or help me fix my out dated drivers..
