When I logged in with the new snapshot, non of my chests are 'rendering' into game, but I can still access them and run into them. (New chests are visible though. shown in screenshot too)

If you open the chest and then update a block next to it it becomes visible. Only to be invisible again after relogging. This also affects newly placed chests upon relogging.

fig2.The transparent chest opens, but the items in it will disappear.
fig3.Once you log off and log in, your chest will be displayed. However, items will not be returned.
thanks.
@@unknown 1.10.2 is outdated, the latest version is now 1.11.
Did you happen to downgrade from 1.11 snapshots to 1.10? If so, that's why the chest is invisible; the corresponding tile entity was deleted since the IDs were modified in 1.11. Issues from downgrading are not supported.
@Skylinerw
thank you for response.
I contact to server admin, he said "When I updated the server and client version to 1.11, the chest was transparent and empty items. For that reason, we are currently downgrading to 1.10.2."
The screenshot I reported is for 1.10.2 which I downgraded once.
I had his go back to 1.11 again and checking it, the chest was transparent.
As of now, I do not think about restoring the world, I will rebuild the world newly.
Hi everyone, this is still happening in Minecraft 1.11, SSP.
[media]My world worked just fine... Well, until yesterday. Today, when I logged into one of my save, all the chests were invisible while being fully functional. I managed to solve the issue by restarting Minecraft (going back to the Minecraft Launcher.)
Few things to note:
1. I simply quit out to the title screen and went back into the world, but that didn't help.
2. I performed F3+A and F3+T. That didn't work either.
3. I have no resource packs loaded or mods enabled. I play "pure vanilla."
4. I have NEVER downgraded to 1.10.x. I know that would wreak havoc on my saves!
5. The world used to work very fine on 1.11 until today when suddenly the issue hit me.
Thanks.
