Invisible chest and no book on enchantment table when entering the world

I generated a world and placed enchantment table and chest in it. After that I exit the world and entered in it again and there was no book on enchantment table and chest became invisible. When I opened the chest it re-appeared. Then I tried to open enchantment table and close it but there was still no book. (Sorry for my english)
