Object appears in the middle of the air

I set my Minecraft launcher to the latest snapshot version, reset the demo level so I'd be starting fresh, and then played the demo level.

While walking around, just a few seconds after the start of the game, I noticed something unusual. It was a flower floating in the air. I quickly hit Alt+PrtSc to take a screencap of this. That screencap is attached to this bug report.
