NoAI won't work with fallingSand

I placed a commandblock in a clock with this command:

/entitydata @e[type=FallingSand,score_LifeTime=10] {NoAI:1b}

(LifeTime is just an objective what everyone get +1 point in every tick)

I hoped that will stop FallingSand from Falling but it didn't work.
