When redstone is placed and isn't connected to any other redstone type blocks it dissapears

Not for modded clients...
This ticket is invalid as it relates to a modded or 3rd party client/server.
Any non-standard client/server build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the plugin creator.
This site is for addressing issues related to the base unmodded MineCraft.
I have had exact same problem, force updated .minecraft folder, deleted it and got Minecraft to download a new one but still doesn't fix the problem. Seems to happen when get to big x and y co-ordinates.

Please provide a screenshot and a crashreport (Force one by holding F3+C for 10 seconds in game)
