Slimes not spawning in swamps at all

I've spent days and days in swamps in Minecraft and not a single one has spawned, even on the right moon phases.

Linked issues

Check in the F3 screen if it is a Swamp.

Can't reproduce, just created a swampland biome and slimes spawned.

Maybe caused by MC-55172
