A Redstone Bug of Curving Redstone

It is a bad Texture Bug with Redstone that is Curving.

What I expected to happen was...:
The Redstone Dust connect in the normal way in 1.7.10

What actually happened was...:
The Redstone had a really weird Texture and it was glitchy.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place one or more Redstone Dust on the ground, connecting to each other.
2. Place another Redstone Dust on the side of one or more Redstone Dust to create a "Curve". Or make a 4 Way Redstone Line.
3. You will then see the Texture glitch and it is a weird texture.
