I have buildings in which a painting has a torch mounted on it in released versions up to and including 1.7.10, but I cannot places torches on paintings in these snapshots.

i cannot place torch on painting on 1.7.10 too. i dont know if it is suppose to happen. i think you are not suppose to put torch on painting?
