extreme graphic breakdown

so when i make new world and my render distance was 10 and when it starts the new world (i get away from loading screen) i immediately turned my render distance on 32. how ever my fps did not get hit but game seemed to really do i include link yo youtube http://youtu.be/OflNyoMAZdk there you can see it totally made my world look like. well broken i cant find any other name for that 😛 (actually this was from 14w31a but i dont know if anyone noticed this one)
