Stair/Fence texture glitch

What I expected to happen was...:
The textures would be normal

What actually happened was...:
Textures are funky looking

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make a square with fences about 3x3 or so.
2. Do the same thing with cobble stairs or any stairs
