when you trigger a minecart with tnt it doesn't make the trigger sound.
this is very annoying because now you can't hear them coming
what I expected to happen was: the tnt would make it's primed sound
what actually happened was: the tnt minecart made no primed tnt sound.
steps to reproduce
1.place a activator rail.
2. place tnt cart onto it
3. activate the rail
