White textures everywhere!

I wish, deleted whole .minecraft folder and added new minecraft.jar

Yes the exact same thing is happening to me. The only objects the display properly it seems is; Armor, mobs, chests, ender chests, trapped chests, the GUI's of chests and stuff, the statistics, esc pause screen, option screens and the main menu.

I checked the .jar file. All fine in there. Tried restarting minecraft and still didn't worked. I hope that doesn't mean old desktops support is dropping.

As you can see in System details, no texture pack or mod in the .jar.

Can anyone who is experiencing this issue (and nobody else) please go load up the game (don't join a world), go to options, screenshot their snooper stats (all of them) and attach them here please?

Please try the following:

• Download http://dinnerbone.com/media/uploads/2013-01/files/minecraft_13w02a_pow_of_two_test.jar and install it as you would a snapshot (just replace your minecraft.jar with this one)

• Load up the game, join a world.

• See if the world is white or not. Tell me 🙂

• If it is white, please go to your .minecraft folder and attach your stitched_terrain.png image from there to here (But ONLY if you are using that test jar).

And as a side note. I launch Minecraft from .bat and the comannd line is spammed with:
GL ERROR ##########
@ Pre render
1281: Invalid value

The issue is that our code is not correctly generating square textures, and your graphics drivers require it. I'm working on it.

This may be a problem. My stitched textures are not located in the .minecraft! I used your .jar and like the original, it saves the stitched textures to my desktop. I inserted the stitched textures into the .minecraft folder and it still didn't work. It saved it onto my desktop once again. Is this a problem?

That's 100% fine; that image was just put in for debugging, it isn't actually used by the game.
