Iron Bars inproper connected textures

Confirmed for 1.8-pre1. This makes iron curtains look really bad. Attached screenshots of 1.7 and 1.8 iron bar curtains.

edit: The bottom/top lining of iron bars also doesn't render from one side, see further attached screenshots.

Confirmed for 1.8. Also, the ticket title should be updated to reflect the display issues shown in the last 3 screenshots.
