I have a crashreport for this,crafting a cyan banner with french laguage of canada crashes me.I also got a tooltip of a white banner in creative one time and crashes my game.It doesnt even let me select a banner in S/A/CREA.
If this haven't happened to you,tell me a problem resolution.

It appears that you are using a modded client. As such, your bug has been marked invalid. If you can reproduce the bug with an UNMODIFIED vanilla client and no resource packs, the bug will be reopened.

Well you see this is real vanilla.I don't use anything that should mod minecraft.I don't know how to mod minecraft.

Are you using the official launcher (https://minecraft.net/download)? You'll need to provide a clean crash report for us to investigate this issue. A screenshot is not sufficient.
