Tamed Dog Collars

Tamed Dog collars appear orange instead of red.
What I expected to happen was...:
It would have a red collar.
What actually happened was...:
It was a orange collar
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Spawn a dog
2. Tame it
3. Look at its collar
