[MC-68316] Skin Fails to Load

For some reason Skins fail to load even when reloading the game, so far I only know this happens in Singleplayer, the skin appears with purple arms and black head body and legs. I have taken a screenshot of it and it was not a one time thing as when I exited and opened the game back up the Purple and Black skin came back.

This issue has reoccurred on IPad recently. Skins are not loading and skin creator is not responding. Not resolved

I'm on switch and I have the same issue but insted of have bugged texture, I have Steve or Alex and I need to delete the skin to recreate it with the skin creator.

This bug is here each time when I launch the game.
