Minecraft Realm Not Allowing Connections

Trying to connect to my own Minecraft Realms server yields the message, "java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: no further information:" Every single one of my users also have been getting this message. It started 11:02 pm August 19th 2014, and has been going on for about an hour now. I could not find any help online, and no statement from Mojang about this issue. My subscription is not out because I have the ongoing monthly subscription and my realm states that it will auto renew in 13 days. My users are very unhappy, and I would like this to be resolved as soon as possible. Thank you.
