Starting Minecraft with 3D anaglyph and disabling causes problems

Suppose you set Minecraft's 3D Anaglyph to ON and save your changes. Restart the game. (Sometimes a restart may not be neccesary; I'm unsure because it is difficult to reproduce this bug!) Turn 3D Anaglyph OFF. You (may) notice that in both the menus and in-game, things appear to have different colors than they should. In the screenshot attached to this bug report, I have included what my Minecraft server list, full of major Minecraft servers, looks like with the "weird colors". You will notice that some letters that are supposed to be yellow are a strange shade of green.
