Duilpiction bug

I saw antvenom(popular youtuber) do this video called "Dulpiction bug 2.0" and it was in 1.8 so im not shure about 1.7 and 1.6 though. How to do it. Place a block on the edge of a chunk one on each side of the chunk border and a compator on one side facing out of the blocks and on the other side place a block and a item frame with what you want to dulpicate. Leave your world and get back in the same world. A few seconds later you will win the lottery in minecraft!!!!!! If i was not clear search the above (Dulpiction bug 2.0)
