Tall Grass generates on sand, stone, and gravel

Occurs on sand, gravel, and stone, all adjacent to water. Tall grasses and ferns may generate on these blocks, and even float in the air over the water itself as if a block were under it. The tall grass generated in such a manner may eventually disappear in a random fashion.
