ArmorStand colored leather armor 0items bug

when you type in the following command:
[code]/summon ArmorStand ~ ~1 ~ {Equipment:[{},{},{},{},{id:leather_helmet,display:}]}/code
an normal ArmorStand is being summoned with a non colored leather helmet.
When you take the helmet by richt-clicking you get a leather-helmet with the count of 0.
