[MC-68850] Skins - Fix them... Now

Umm... My skin isn't jeb. It SHOULD be the skin that I made, and it is on my side, but my brother sees me as jeb.

and our arms are only 3 pixels wide, not four like they should be.

You don't show up as Jeb. You have the default skin.

Oh. My bad. They changed the default skin? I didn't see that in the changelog...
The orange hair made me assume it was jeb...

Added a new player model with smaller arms, and a new player skin called Alex?
