[MC-68862] skeleton spawners not working

Ever since I created an account with Realms, and I uploaded my world, the skeleton spawners don't make any skeletons. The difficulty level doesn't matter. Nothing happens.

With what command did you place the skeleton spawners ?

This is in a survival world. The spawners were naturally placed, and I turned them into xp farms.

Make sure that there are no mobs in the influence radius of the Spawner.

I don't believe there are any other mobs in the influence radius of the spawners. These two xp farms worked just fine until recently, and now there are zero mobs being produced.

There are no hostile mobs spawning anywhere now.
