[MC-68933] Bow Drawback Animation

Bow drawback animation is incorrect, please fix asap as this makes pvp harder. (this bug has appeared in different snapshots at different times, this is not the first time posting this.)
Btw Sorry if this is a duplicate, if it is, where can i find bugs that have been already posted?

Hi, I mean when I fire the arrow, the arrow animation seems to have messed up again, try playing minecraft 1.8 pre1, fire an arrow, youll see what i mean.

I see nothing wrong, I'd upload a video but I need to go to bed and its really the lack of a problem I'd be showing you, anyways.
