None of my data saves after closing game.

After setting my settings (Server list/Video Settings/Sound etc.) for the first time launching everything will save fine after saving and exiting the game. Anytime afterward my settings on the launcher or in the game itself will not save after exiting. There are no told errors that I have noticed in the game or any fix that I could find online through Google or elsewhere. It does not effect my gameplay, it is just extremely annoying to re add servers to my list and change my resource pack each session.
