WitherSkulls and Fireballs get reloaded every 2 seconds

1. Place water

2. Summon a WitherSkull in the water:

   /summon WitherSkull ~ ~ ~ {direction:[]}

You will see the water particles about every 2 seconds and sometimes you also see the WitherSkull for about one or two ticks
