Breaking Double Tall Grass (or double tall plants) Bug

when you break the bottom portion of tall grass, the top section turns into the top section of a peony (the flower used on the decorations tab) just for a split second. I managed to get a screenshot of it.

it seems to also work with the other double-tall flowers/plants
