Particles appear behind transparent blocks

Resolved

When transparent blocks are behind particles, the particles appear behind or in the transparent blocks instead of in front of them. There was a similar issue in older versions of Minecraft that got fixed, but somehow it appeared again.

Environment

Windows 8.1 x64, Intel Core i7-4700MQ with Intel HD 4600, Java 7 Update 67 x64
