1. make custom world: presets: caves of chaos with lava seas and no water lakes
4.load world when render distance 10
3. change render distance from 10 to 32 chunks
4. and there it is
5. when you try save and quit to title it will crash
6. when you try play again world is complete empty and commands doesn't work and when you try again save and quit to title it will crash

You should have added the crash report. Also, I think it's another case of that big render distance bug.

Yes, probably one of render distance bugs. I've had this phenomen in a normal world with 32 chunks view distance.
