So... if you place a hopper, put an Item in it and a komparator next to it so it creates a signal with a power of 1.
Now look at the screenshots, if the redstone is connected on two redstone lamps that are next to the redstone dust, they both don't light up.
But if you disconnect both redstone lamps, one begins to light up.

Like galaxy said earlier: it works as intended. That is the way redstone works.

Since this one seems invalid or "working as intended", this report can be closed.

While this is currently "intended" behavior, we've been told that the developers plan on reviewing redstone mechanics in the future, and that we should reopen certain reports.

It's still in 16w42a, if that's what you mean,more of a feature than an issue though...
