Glitchy Black Wall at end of Render Distance

EDIT: It appears this has already been found.
In any world Minecraft I create in 1.8-pre3, there is this glitchy black wall at the end of my Render Distance. It flickers sometimes, but it isn't there when I load the world, it appears after a few seconds. The wall also appears to change with the Render Distance.
