Your Java version is out of date! Please update your Java to the latest version (1.7.0_67 / 1.8.0_20): http://www.java.com/en/download/.
There's nothing in the server log, oddly enough. I posted it anyway tho. I also updated to java 1.8.0_20 but we'll see if it does the same thing again, those exceptions started after the server's been running for a few days.
Please go backward in the log file where that excecption is recorded for the first time.
"Broken pipe" is most probably not caused by Minecraft but something on the filesystem happend. Do you run some backup by a cron job ? does the exception always happen at the same time (of week / of month ) ?
The logs I've posted here are the ones I have from minecraft.
Might be a multicraft (server management software) backup that did something weird, but I've never seen it before and I've ran this minecraft server for a long time. I see no weirdness in the system logs either.
Like I said, the error suddenly appeared out of no where and kept repeating itself quite a bit, you can see that it triggered multicraft's ratelimiter.
Probably that:
is the cause-.
Please attach the server.log from the start of the server to the first exception.
