Can't type {,@,&,# in command or chat

Can't type @,&,# in command or chat

I tought I can type these characters in chat/command block: @,&,#

It did not typed it, for Ctrl+v it copied the text from clipboard if there was some. Sometimes if I had pressed them (Alt+Button) exatctly same time it worked. I've tried it on a different computer/keyboard.
Versions before 1.8-pre, include 1.8 snapshots worked for me.

Put a command block down and try type "@" in it.
