When going out of the entity detection range of the beacon, the beacon light will dissapear.
In 1.7 versions, when you would look up you would see the beacon light normally.
If looked up to see the color of the new stained glass beacons, but the beam/light dissapeared. I tried this with several colors, even the standard one. I think it might be something with the anti-lag system.
To reproduce:
1. Create a beacon as usual.
2. Go stand 2 blocks (or more) higher, and look up, the beam will dissapear
