the mobs textures don't show and chunks reload and don't stop reloading
What I expected to happen was...:
see mobs textures and chunks load properly
What actually happened was...:
the world loaded and then part of it kept flashing between trees grass and bedrock
Steps to Reproduce:
1. create new world on default
2. look around and chunks start flashing
3. spawn a mob and there texture is invisable
