[MC-70497] Random half birch door

I just made a new world with minecraft 1.8 . I spawned on a hill, and walked around 15 blocks and then saw this half backwards birch door (screenshots below)

It's not only the birch door texture, there is also a dirt texture on 45°.
Most probably graphics card issue, see MC-62958
