I load in a new chunk and it starts flashing between loaded and unloaded and all the blocks flash between clear and visible.

I load in a new chunk and it starts flashing between loaded and unloaded and all the blocks flash between clear and visible. And it is hurting my eyes. Please fix this because as soon as i go into that bad chink my game crashes every time.
