[MC-7077] Tnt doesn't trigger if a block is placed over a redstone torch

place a tnt block
place a redstone torch 2 block under the tnt
place a block on top of the torch

the block is powered and it touches the tnt, but nothing happens

(the torch on the pic is a redstone torch)

Confirmed, as long as you put the block in last. If you put in the torch last, it works normally.
