[MC-709] Local world move move from 1.3.2 to 1.4.2 messes with slimes

Survival w/ cheats from a 1.3.2 world now has slimes spawning on the surface after the 1.4.2 upgrade.

This is intentional, slimes spawn on the surface in swamp biomes.

Daedalus is correct. As of 1.4.2, swamp biomes now spawn slimes on the surface intentionally. Slimes continue to spawn in the original slime chunks at the appropriate levels.
