Enchantmenttable having 1 field and lvls dont refresh?

On my private server i have a issue with a enchantment table, both redownloading 1.8 and/or server restart didnt fix the issue so i figured id post it here..

I made a enchantment table and placed it.. I could do 1 level when i didnt have 2 fields.. (you can place a item left and a lapis right though) but you can see only 1 field. ANd the levels arent refreshing (i wanted to do several lvl 1 enchants).

This is not 1.8, if it were the 1.8 the enchantment table must have a slot for lapis

Thats why im reporting it! I AM using 1.8! But i dont see the 2 slots...

Try to use the default texterures, maybe is cause for your resource pack.
