When 2 droppers are pointing into each other an item can go one way but not the other when powered by a repeater of dust. I tried powering the one it wouldn't go to with redstone block (The screenshots used) as well to see if it was just going back and forth but the item still wouldn't go into the other one. Edit: Got it to ocasionally work.

What do you mean? I am pushing a button that gives it a redstone pulse. The one with the redstone block is another test where I put a redstone block on the other one after that doesn't work. The block would only power the block next to it which is the dropper. the item should still be leaving the dropper! If what you said was true wouldn't it work the same way everytime? It doesn't. I've tried.
The second dropper is being powered by the redstone block indefinitely. The dropper only operates if it receives a redstone pulse.
