[MC-71314] Chunks spaz out on my new world from 1.8

well i started a new world on my freshly updated Minecraft 1.8.0,and well basicly the chunks imediately started going crazy and spazing out,ill attach a video below and pics.

1. start up minecraft 1.8
2. start a single player world named "Mini Game" with the seed -1544566245
3. ... now start the world and watch

Strange. On my PC the world loads perfectly fine.
Try updating Java, reloading the world, creating a new world or reinstalling MC.
New worlds probably won't help because it seems like a graphical bug.
1.8 does a lot of rendering changes and your version of java may not support them.
