Lever placed on a Redstone-Block disappears after activating

If you place a lever on a Redstone-Block and activate it, then it just disappears. And the lever can only be placed ontop of the redstone block. If the redstoneblock is near to an other block (behind it, but above (see in screenshot 4)) then the lever get placed on the block behind it
