THE VERSION IT'S 13W01B! (not listed)
When having a block of water on the middle of walls and destroying the non-flood block and placing a sign in it, it will generate a new water flow (sorry my bad english).
Images are step by step.
Think just affects this version. Didn't tryed in other versions...

Version 13w01b is no longer listed, because it's out of date, you should always try to reproduce bugs in the newest version.

Duplicate of MC-5770, please use the search function to see if your bug has already been submitted. Currently over 42% of tickets are being closed as duplicate.

And i've searched but... anything. I tryed with water flow or water bug OR EVEN flow sign!

The water is flowing over, down, into the sign, and through the sign down to the void (this is in sky blocks running MC 1.5.2)
